Multicorp Testimonials
Multicorp Construction Sevices Ltd. carried out extensive refurbishment works along with all associated site works to a Kildare County Council three bed property at Highfield Park, Kilcock between Nov. 2018 to Jan 2019.
As clerk of Works/Building Inspector supervising the works I would be happy to recommend Multicorp Construction for future refurbishement works of this nature. They took on the role of PSCS and managed the works in a profesisional manner. The works were delivered to a high standard within the agreed timeframe and on budget.
I would highly recoomend them for similar construction projects and I would be happy to answer any questionsyou may have.

Multicorp Construction completed a full renovation on my home. From the first briefing Brian Nolan was hands on, listened and also provided solutions that were right – always considering costs, resources or time and overall needs/requirements. He was always flexible to meet to discuss anything, which was great and meant I didn’t have to take time off work. His experience and practical approach ensured everything was progressing in a timely way. Brian and his team are true professionals, and they have done an amazing job. In particular, any additional materials/suppliers that were required, Brian sourced and kept the project on track. As someone that has never taken on a home project of scale like this, I absolutely recommend Multicorp Construction based on my experience – the quality of their work, the project management in terms of time and costs. The advise, the excellent quality of their work, and the progress of work meant I knew I didn’t have to worry at any stage which was amazing.
Thank you.

Multicorp (Brian Nolan) recently completed an extensive renovation of our home, turning it from 6 apartments back into a single family dwelling. The process was extensive, with numerous challenges to be overcome during the works.
At all times Multicorp handled the renovation works with great professionalism and attention to detail. What particularly struck me was their knowledge of building science and ensuring that the right solution was identified and implemented.

In May 2013 Mr. Brian Nolan and Multi Corp Construction were contracted to complete a Gymnasium, Fitness Studios and associated Changing rooms renovation and extension project over a very strict eight week time period to coincide with our facility programme requirements.
From the outset the Professionalism, Project Management, Safety Awareness and diligence of work by contractors ensured that our business was uninterrupted as the works progressed on time.
The relationship Brian established with me ensured that at all times I was up to date on the project and quick decisions could be reached to ensure client satisfaction at all times.
On the administration side all relevant paperwork and safety documentation, drawings and company requirements were readily provided when requested to the highest standard.
I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Brian and his company for any building or renovation project and am happy for our facility to be viewed to showcase the standard of work completed by Multi Corp Construction.
Yours Sincerely,

Multicorp Construction Services were a pleasure to work with. Brian Nolan and his team worked very hard to deliver exactly what we wanted…on time and on budget.
From the initial brief Brian listened to what was required and thanks to his knowledge and expertise was also able to make valuable suggestions. We now have a beautiful newly refurbished office space that not only makes us happy to come in to…but the response from our clients has been fantastic also.
The experience with Brian Nolan and the Multicorp Construction team has been a very positive one.
